Why Pulse and Pay share the same seats

Payroll errors often start before tax tables. They start when the people in the time system are not the same people in the payroll system.

Worknilo Pay requires Pulse for that reason. Pulse holds people, sites, schedules, and approved time. When you lock a payroll run, Pay uses that same roster. Employers are billed per active Pulse seat each month, and per employee included in each locked Pay run.

Employees use the mobile app free. Managers run the organization from the web admin. The goal is a clean path from clock-in to payslip without reconciling two directories every pay period.
