Quick answers.

How do I sign in to the mobile app?
Use the work email and password your employer set up for you. If you were invited, open the invite link to set your password first.
I didn't get an invite email — what now?
Check your spam folder, then ask your admin to resend the invite from the People page. Make sure your address is spelled correctly.
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen (mobile or web). We'll email you a reset link that works for both apps.
Why does the app ask for location?
Worknilo only checks your location when you tap Clock In or Clock Out, so we can confirm you're at the job site. We do not track location in the background.
How do I delete my account?
Open the mobile app, go to Settings, and tap Delete account. Your profile is removed and you are signed out from all devices.
Can I use Worknilo in French?
Yes. Worknilo is fully available in English and French on both the web admin portal and the mobile app. Open Settings and choose your language. Each team member can use their preferred language independently.
