How to run Worknilo.

Sign up, create a Worknilo organization, enable Pulse and optional Pay, then finish welcome setup for a site, invites, and a first schedule.

Add employees and managers from People, use join links, understand seats, and choose roles that match web admin vs mobile-only work.

Create sites and roles, build shifts on the schedule, publish so the team can see their week, and manage day-to-day changes in the web admin.

Set a site geofence radius, clock in from the mobile Clock tab with GPS, and approve away-from-site or exception time from the web.

Monitor live time entries, clear approvals, and use timesheets so hours are clean before payroll.

Publish open shifts for claiming, let teammates propose swaps, request cover, and decide requests as a manager.

Create and assign tasks from the web, complete them on mobile, and use channels and direct messages for frontline communication.

Enable Pay on Pulse, configure employer and employee profiles, calculate a run, lock it, and download payment files. Worknilo calculates; the employer pays and remits.

After a run is locked, use CRA and third-party remittance outputs, mark remittances paid, and keep the employer as the remitter of record.

Generate T4/T4A and ROE packages from Pay documents, download filings, and share employee copies. File externally with CRA / Service Canada processes.

Enable the Books module, grant Books seats in Settings, and open books.worknilo.com with Worknilo SSO. This is access setup, not a full Books accounting manual.
